Q1.Why does the product sometimes experience lag or delay when in use?
A1:Both TX and RX of the product require 5V 2A power supply during use. Otherwise ,lag or delay issues may occur.
Q2.Why does the image display have an abnormal size when it is being projected on a screen?
A2:When using the P50, the display ratio of the connected device needs to be set to 16:9. otherwise, it may exceed the display or display abnormally.
Q3.Why does the P50 fail to recognize 4K when used with PS5?
A3:The PS5 has adjusted its minimum refresh rate to 60Hz for smoother gaming, but the P50 only supports 4K@30Hz. Since the PS5 cannot recognize the 4K@30Hz output, it automatically switches down to 1080P.Therefore, the P50 is not recommended for gaming! In gaming scenarios, the high bandwidth demands can lead to noticeable stuttering, lag, or delays, which significantly impacts the gaming experience. It is better suited for activities like movie watching, entertainment, office meetings, and classroom teaching.Thank you for your understanding.
